KFC Newton Abbot - Queen Street

Used this take-away KFC about 5 times in 4 years. The food is fine. On three of these occasions our orders have been short. It was Popcorn chicken missing tonight. There's an obvious lack of training/motivation/accountability in this branch. 60% errors is not good enough, not going back.

Friendly polite service,food was hot and quick so all good, difficult to find parking.There special offers are fantastic value.

Tried to order on deliveroo a few days ago. Waited for 3 hours, with any courier that went to collect my order would decline it. No way to contact the restaurant to figure out exactly what was happening, and got a refund deciding maybe it was a fluke Tried again today to see if it had changed, and ordered on just eat this time. Waited an hour, and messaged one of the couriers to see if they could say what was happening. Courier said it was very very slow paced with very little customers so haven't a clue why it was taking so long. Once is bad enough but twice is just ridiculous

Ordered a ten piece bucket and got 3 pieces and two hot wings. Got home just before the football started so didn't want to go back. Waited 45 minutes for order to complete and only got our order once we asked for our money back. The servers were constantly being stopped to search for delivery orders, no one who came in for a delivery order wanted to wait their turn. The servers kept stopping making up customers orders to check the warming cabinet for click and collect and delivery orders. Very poor organisation that's why they got our order wrong. We're not going again so wouldn't recommend we'll cook our own food next time. My recommendation is, stay away.

Went in today ...was 'served ' for want of a better word ' by the characterless and rude and undelighttful Allisha . Printed out my order, placed the ticket with her, paid cash, received my order.In the whole of the transaction, she did not speak once. Not a please or thankyou...not even a smile .Non existant customer service...she is a disgrace to your outlet and brand !!

Every time I get food from this place there’s something missing. This time it was 3 pieces of chicken. And every time I can’t be bothered to get back in the van and drive back to the shop. It wasn’t even busy. Just learn to read an item on the list and put it in the bag.

My order was taken by Kiera, she was very polite and full of life and it arrived in a very timely manner, the tase was what you’d expect from kfc but when you’re that hungry it doesn’t really matter.
