Marilyn is wonderful- such a lovely lady who's full of energy, fab conversation and has a great smile! Happy Birthday for next week lady! I had the gluten free signature burger that Jo prepared and cooked and it was gorgeous! Lee and Jo sat and spoke to us which made us feel welcomed and valued. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Cant wait to come again. Thank you for a lovely afternoon out guys. Cant wait to come again.

Ate her today table booked at 2 pm for Sunday lunch well never again the roast you could have used as footballs complained to server and was told no more roasts but could have mash learning point don’t go at the time we dis as we went sept at 12 and could highly recommend but today we went for my bday but was awful rock hard other menu that rest of my party had was lovely but would give the Sunday lunch a miss especially at 2.30 honestly I stuck firm in and pupate shot to hubbys plate omg never have a Sunday lunch there avoid after 12

When we came into the pub was a lovely warm welcome 😁 couldn't fault the staff so friendly and happy faces . The pub it self is very clean and cosy. The food was delicious 😋 couldn't fault it . I'm definitely going to come back here again.

Came in to take advantage of the mon-thurs offer of two main meals for £15. We had the fish and chips and a chicken katsu curry. The food was hot and fresh, very tasty and good portions. We were served by Marilyn, our food was served fairly quickly, Marilyn asked us if we needed anything else, then came back to check we were enjoying our food. Our table was cleared quickly after we finished and Marilyn asked if we'd like a pudding, couldn't fit anything else in after the main course. The pub was lovely and clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend

Called in with a colleague to do a bit of work (side note, very good wifi), and decided to grab a bite to eat whilst we were there. The signature burger was as big as my head and for the price i could not fault it. The service was great and the couple who run the pub went above and beyond. Much better than i usually expect from a greene king pub. Definitely recommend.

We have just had a family Christmas party at the haynook and I could not be more happy! From booking to finishing the party, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful and the whole day was amazing thanks to the staff! We had such a good time we have decided to make our annual family Christmas do! Thank you so so much and we'll see you soon ❤️
