Ordered a delivery from Bellwaris in Sawbridgeworth and was really impressed. The food arrived hot, fresh and well packaged, and everything was absolutely delicious. Great flavours, generous portions and excellent quality. Really happy with the service and the food. Definitely one of the best Indian takeaways around. Will definitely be ordering again! 🍛👌

I ordered a takeaway yesterday and had the Lamb Curry, Tikka Biryani, Onion Bhaji, Peshwari Naan, and Aloo Paratha. The Onion Bhaji was absolutely excellent—crispy, fresh, and full of flavour. The Tikka Biryani was very good, and the Peshwari Naan was delicious. I also really enjoyed the Aloo Paratha; it had a generous amount of potato filling, which made it even more satisfying. The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was the Lamb Curry, as it was a bit too salty for my taste. I hope the takeaway can reduce the amount of salt slightly, as I think it would make the dish even better. Overall, I had a great takeaway experience and really enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope everyone who orders from here enjoys their meal too!

The best Indian in Hertfordshire / Essex. Every dish we order is full of flavour and the best quality meats , tenderised to perfection. The service we received was top class, I made a mistake on the order and they sent out another dish instantly. Extremely impressed with Bellwaris and will be recommending these to all of my friends and family.

Bellwaris is hands down the best Indian takeaway in the area. I've been using them for a while now, and the quality is consistently brilliant. The food is always fresh, properly spiced, and never swimming in grease like some places . The Bellwaris chicken is a standout – seriously tender, packed with flavour, and just melts in your mouth . The lamb jalfrezi is another winner; the meat is so tender it falls apart . The naan bread is one of the best I've had in the UK, and the tandoori dishes are properly flame-grilled in a charcoal clay oven, which gives them that authentic smoky flavour . Portions are generous, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the online ordering is easy . It's a takeaway-only spot, but the service is prompt, and they've got a 5-star hygiene rating, which is always reassuring . If you want proper, authentic Bangladeshi-Indian food, this is the place.

Was visiting a mate in Harlow, he told me to order from here as he’s a regular. I am so glad I listened cos the food was absolute banging! Everything I ordered tased like it was was cooked fresh, tasted amazing. Arrived within 40 mins or so and was as nice n hot when it did. Amazing food. Loved it

Going for a walk and smelled the take away from the railway station. Popped in and asked for food recommendations as I left home without my glasses. The guy taking orders left myself and my wife a pair of glasses to read the menu, gave us recommendations for food and was genuinely a super nice guy. Came back in 15 minutes, food was ready and gave us a bit of a discount. Food was excellent and just what we were craving. Hats off.
