Church Lane Tea Room

Found this wonderful tea room by chance and so glad we did, friendly welcome good service and some delicious homemade offerings. We went for coffee but stayed for brunch and was pleasantly surprised with the homemade pies and flans all baked onsite just delicious and so moreish the coffee was excellent too. All I can say if your in the Brighton Seaford area make the trip the food and service second to none. Keep up the great work guys loved everything ❤️

I highly recommend this tea room. The scones and eggs Benedict are delicious. It’s a very convenient stop before hiking the seven sisters cliffs and is close to the train station. They were very kind to us.

Small cozy tea room. Very reasonable prices . Scones with a drink at £5.50. Taste is ok 👍. Could improve on the coffee. Coffee was over extracted, so it was too bitter. Otherwise this is a good place to stop by to rest your feet.

Amazing tea room with delicious jams and scones especially, but also the breakfast food was fantastic. Lovely owners who clearly care about what they do. If I’m back in Seaford I’ll go back again for sure!

The best scones we've had in a long time! Very pleasant owners, the service is really quick. It's a small place, but that's the sense of it: to have local homemade cakes in a cosy small cafe.
