The Bekash

First time I’ve been back to Bekash in a few years. Was always my go to curry house for years when I lived in the area. I ordered the Hot Meat starter. Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi. Special Rice and Special Naan. The food was absolutely amazing. Full of flavour and spice as it should be. And great value for money. Will be back there soon that’s for sure. Nice friendly welcoming staff too.

The best Indian food in Sutton-in-Ashfield! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Please don’t order anything save your money and time. I ordered biryani’s and chips plus chicken nuggets.OMG super old dry food every single foods is old taste look like been cooked yesterday and warm the day we ordered. Chips is hard rock can’t even bite it. Chips smell like off look and colour over cooked. Biryani’s taste so old. Sorry for my words but all the food endup in bin every single one. We end up cooking dinner. I don’t like giving bad reviews but people need to know

The food is excellent however I ordered a kids meal which the website says it comes with orange juice however when I came to collect there was no orange juice. I queried this with the restaurant and the bloke working their said he didn't know the kids meal came with orange juice despite working there for two years. He thought I was mistaken until I showed him the internet page on there website which stated that a kids meal comes with orange juice. He said they have no orange juice and it must be a mistake on the website. It may only be an orange juice but that's not really the principle behind it.

Sorry can't rate the food as we never received it, placed order told 1 hour, I rang back after 1hour 20mins only to be told it would be another 25 mins or so! So I cancelled. Used to be a well run outfit, unfortunately not now!
