Lova Café & Shisha

My colleagues and I dined at Lova Café after our university classes, and we’ve actually been there twice already—and both times we were really impressed. It’s a small café, but the food is absolutely amazing. They serve Mediterranean dishes like mixed grill, hummus, fresh salads, and a variety of sweets. The freshness of the meat really stood out for us—everything tasted well-cooked and full of flavour. Their rice was especially impressive, and even the fries (chips) were really good—crispy and tasty. You can tell they put effort into the food. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes, which makes it even better. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place itself was clean with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great spot to catch up with friends or colleagues. The only thing I would say is that the desserts were just okay—nothing too special for me personally—but everything else more than made up for it. Parking can be a bit difficult as it’s a busy area with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés, but it’s definitely worth the visit. Overall, we were really impressed and will definitely be coming back again—probably a third or even fourth time! Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Lova Café. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside, the hummus and labneh were super creamy, and the omelette plate was full of variety and tasted homemade. The portions are generous, the pita comes out warm, and everything feels like it’s made with care. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. If you’re looking for a delicious Middle Eastern breakfast in Belfast, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!

I love this place, best shisha in Belfast and very kind staff. Food is wonderful as well. I’m just wondering where you all went? I called in on Wednesday and it was closed - the place looked gutted for construction (I am gutted as well).

Amazing food, everything was cooked to perfection. We ordered lamb shish kebab and Elbir version of shish which came with generous portion of rice. Plus ordered their naan. Delicious! Thank you.

Absolutely loved my experience here The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything we had was delicious. The service was excellent and the whole place had such a warm, relaxing vibe.
