We came here because of the fantastic reviews, and it certainly lived up to the award winning name. So delicious. Really impressed. Staff are so lovely and polite. Food was perfectly cooked and tasty! Must go here...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was quick without feeling rushed, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding—every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. You can really tell that high-quality ingredients are used, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. I especially loved the attention to detail in both taste and presentation. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a lovely ambiance. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others

We recently hosted a private function at Divine Restaurant in Shirley, Solihull on Saturday 30th May 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re a team from EH Smith, and we had exclusive use of the restaurant for the evening – and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The team at Divine went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The ambiance was lovely, and the restaurant felt welcoming and vibrant, perfectly suited for our group event. The food? Outstanding. Every single dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and authentically Indian. From the starters to the desserts, everything was top-notch – our whole team was raving about it! There was something for everyone, and all dietary needs were catered for without any fuss. A huge thank you to the entire team at Divine Restaurant for making our evening so memorable. Divine has been here quite some time and had not been able to get into the resturant. Finally was able to go in and try months ago, and was really impressed with the service from all the staff, and the food cooked by the chefs. Food was outstanding, really tasty, poppadoms are the best I have tasted in a long time and also the currys. This is now our favorite resturant to go to. My husband was also impressed and loved his curry. My son also loved his meal too, I was also impressed with how well the staff looked after an elderly gentleman on the 25/05/2026. Staff had the heart to help this elderly gentleman, was really nice to see. And nice that there are still kind people out there looking out for the elderly. I'm a carer myself and it was really nice to see. My family and myself will be regular customers as long as the food and the service stays as it is. As everytime myself and my family find a decent resturant it seems to change.

Booked here for a friend's birthday. We were seated, wernt given menus straight away, they came and ordered drinks after 5 minutes, still hadnt given us food menus. Another 10 minutes later we realised people who came after us were seated and given menus so we then had to ask for menus. The cocktails/mocktails wernt great. Very thick with syrup. Poppadoms came out first. Then took a very long time to bring starters out. Once starters were finished no one really came back to check if we were done. Service times were honestly terrible. We were then the only people in the restaurant and still our mains took ages to come out. Staff were friendly but practically non existent. Food was nice but nothing amazing. Wouldn't recommend it if someone asked where to go.

The meal was great and the staff were fantastic. We will be coming back to divine as the taste of the curry was very unique. Thanks divine for the hospitality this is our first day in the uk from Hong Kong

The food was exceptional, every dish was made fresh from scratch, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. You can really taste the difference when ingredients are high-quality and freshly prepared. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious, they accommodated food intolerances. What really stood out, aside from the quality of the food, was the atmosphere. It was calm, cosy, and unpretentious, perfect for anything from a casual meal with family to a more special evening out. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. It’s clear that care and attention go into everything they do, and that makes a huge difference. We’ll definitely be returning – Divine really lives up to its name!
